Treasurer George Polunci was born and raised in Upstate NY, George has developed a career in the heating and cooling industry having been employed as a service manager for Northern Mechanical Services from 1992-2019.
After graduating from Queensbury High School in 1996 he served as Scout Master for Bay Ridge Fire for seven years, acted as Directory of Adirondack Harley Davidson for five years, and has been a Member of RSES (Refrigeration Service Engineering) for 25 years, ten of which he was acting director.
George has participated in numerous service-related programs throughout his career including Carrier, Goodman, York, Fields controls, Spolin refrigeration, Copeland compressors, Generac and many others.
He retired in 2020 but remains active in the community and often volunteers his knowledge and expertise to benefit other Upstate NY residents and businesses.
